所有新建住宅, commercial 和 工业 construction 和/or an addition of covered or enclosed space are subject to the collection of developer fees. This fee is determined by the square footage of assessable space, which is measured from the perimeter of the structure.

我水平  Fees are statutory fees assessed to new residential construction, any residential additions over 500 square feet, Accessory Dwelling Units 和 to all commercial development 和 redevelopment projects. 请浏览我们的 FAQs for additional details.

豁免 from fees are provided for by Government Code on certain structures, including structures that are tax exempt 和 used exclusively for religious purposes, private full-time day schools as described in Education Code Section 48222, 和 structures owned 和 occupied by a governmental agency. If you are replacing a structure destroyed by a disaster, you may be exempt from fees.

步骤

Before Visiting the District:

  1. Make sure your property is within district boundaries by searching the 学校的仪.
  2. Apply to the respective city 和 obtain an 官方的信 specifying the permitted square footage for your project.
  3. 完成一个 Application for a Certificate of Compliance.

  2. Pay the assessed fee (cashier’s 检查, 检查, or money order(s) only) 和 obtain a Certificate of Compliance.

  4. Returned 检查s assessed $25 processing fees 和 casher’s 检查 or money order(s) must be presented for payment.

Return to the city with your Certificate of Compliance to receive a building permit (assuming all other city obligations have been met).
